Jack LeLaine Power Juicer / cannot get refund I returned my Juicer and it was received by the 1/19 (UPS waybill # 1Z773R3A0367249711) which is not disputed. My order # is 21540200545320002. I have been told 3 times that the refund of 253.89 would appear on my credit card and to "call back in a week" if it isnt there. Today I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they do not permit people to talk to supervisiors and when I pressed, the "customer service" person I was talking to hung up on me. (I was not abusive to them, only firm and insisited that I be permitted to talk to a supervisor. They have had the juicer (undisputed) since 1/19, I would like my full refund.
