GAP Insurance and Extended Warranty Insurance

GAP Insurance and Extended Warranty Insurance Hello, My name is Militza Egli. On October 8, 2004, my husband Michael and I bought at automobile at Friendly Ford, which was located at 919 Capitol Expressway in San Jose, California (last year this dealership was sold). When we bought the vehicle, we also bought the GAP insurance, $500 and the Extended Warranty for $1500 from the company called Easy Care. On December 16, 2005, we traided the vehicle. Easy Care informed us that we should received some money from both the GAP Insurance and the Extended Warranty. On Thursday, February 16, my husband and I called Easy Care Co. and we were told that checks were sent to Sonic. Sonic owns several Ford dealerships. When I called Sonic, which address is 7000 Las Vegas Bld. North, Las Vegas 89115. Phone number 702-639-5506. A lady Melissa Emery, indicated that a check for the GAP Insurance, will be issue and sent to one of Sonic's dealerships. Someone called Bonnie Guess was supposed to handled our account. The Extended warranty is supposed to be handled by Bonnie Guess, we do not know where she is located. If my husband Michael, goes to a San Jose dealership owned by Sonic and explain that he needs information regarding the extended Warranty, everybody freezes and everyone is mute. The people do not want to talk to him. To my understanding Sonic, does not want to pay the money owed to people like us. I need you to help us to find out why Sonic does not send us the money directly to us from the GAP insurance and the Extended Warranty, instead of sending it to a dealership who knows where. We are getting the running around. Any assistance with this issue will be greatly appreciated.
