Valentines Day flowers ordered Monday from FTD.com Order confirmation # FNY73880

No delivery yet (Thursday 02/16/06) No phone calls to recipient or myself, no attempt at delivery. This is an easy house to find on a main street in a small town (Media PA). A total ripoff. $54.98 for a gift that never arrived. So far the only reply I've received from FTD.com is this:

"Thank you for your recent request regarding the delivery of your order.

We are working to confirm the delivery and we will contact you upon

completion. Our goal is to provide a response within 48 hours. "
