Kenneth Cole

I recently purchased a pair of Kenneth Cole Jeans. I wore them twice and the metal rivet-style button on the back pocket popped out of the fabric when I was buttoning them close. I talked to customer service and they told me to send them in… I paid the $10 to ship them to the company and a month later I get them back in the mail with a letter saying “… we are unable to find any area that was considered to be a manufacturer defect.” I proceeded to call customer service which refused to help me and never called me back when they said they would. Finally after the 4th phone call I spoke with a manager who said they stick behind what the repair department said (Not behind their customers, I guess) and they would do nothing to fix it. I will be the first to say that I’ve bought a lot of Kenneth Cole merchandise and have enjoyed it all, but if they can’t back up their merchandise and fix or replace a pair of jean that probably costs them less than $5, I will take my business elsewhere.
