BMW service center in Henderson, NV

My complaint is with the BMW service center in Henderson, NV and BMW in general. I live in Arizona about 2 1/2 hour drive from the service center and both times I have taken my BMW in for service, they didn't have any record of my appointment. First time we had to spend the night in hotel and they flat out lied to us about repairing the BMW. Finally got it home and nothing had been done to the car. NOTHING. Next time we took it back same thing, no appointment on file....They kept it for several days and when we got it back, most of the things we took it in for were not fixed. I don't think they did anything this time except change some of the settings on the car and that is all they did. I have tried to get BMW to refer me to a different service center, NO WORD from ANYONE! I liked my 330i BMW but I dearly hate my 530i, all because BMW doesn't seem to care about their customers. I will NEVER buy another BMW. EVER!
