2006 VW Jetta TDI/Failure to honor warranty! Volkswagen of America, North East United States, New Jersey Hello,
My name is Ajay Patel and I have become a serious victim of fraud by VW of America. My brand new car broke down on the highway, with what is clearly a mechanical failure and should have been covered under warranty. However, the dealer diagnoses as “driver error” and insisted that I am responsible for the repairs! I am a Mechanical Engineer and truly understand mechanical systems, and the failure of parts. This incident occurred as I was driving on the highway, and could have lead to my death. I therefore moved the car to a 3rd party dealer and upon inspection of the parts it was CLEAR that parts within the car FAILED COMPLETELY.
I am pleading with anyone that I can find to aid me. I am now almost 2 weeks without a vehicle and it is difficult for me to work. Please help me, I have been severely wronged by VW. I have pictures of everything to verify my case, and I have kept copious notes. Please help me, PLEASE!
