used car that won't run after 2 weeks

I Purchased a used car from a local car dealership on 1/29/2006 within a few days of short trips it began to run hot. I checked the radiator and it was low. I topped it off. Again a few days later it ran hot on a long trip I stopped and let it cool dowwn and topped off the radiator again. It overheated after loosing heat in the vehicle. A mechanic checked it and changed the thermostat. On the way back home it ran hot the whole way and there was no heat in the vehicle. It is winter and it was cold. I tried removing the thermostat and the car stayed cool but there still was no heat I replaced the thermostat again and the bottom hose but had the same problem. I returned the car to the dealership three days ago and he hasn't been able to solve the problem. Can I get my money back?
