During install of my swimming pool they ruined all my grass in my front yard, left oil stains and tire marks all over my neighbors drive way, the neighborhood program came and complained about the mess on the street as well, they poured the concrete for the sides of the pool one week later it cracked and the concrete it self looks like a fossil dig its totally uneven and very unprofessional looking, they poured their extras concrete in my front yard and left it there to harden???promised me a vacum skimmer still has never showed. Pump worked for three weeks and now going on four monts later they have yet to come replace it. I have e:mailed them and called many times, I have called and left voicemails over 60 times. They called back once sent out a tech he was at my home for 45 seconds to inform me my pump was broke (duh) and a part would be ordered. The part is still sitting here in my living room waiting for a tech to show up or at least return my calls. Its been a month now of calls every other day and not one contact from them except the bill of course.

The concrete is horrible, my front yard is still ruined, neigbors are still ticked, over 60 messages and one call back only to never here from again.
