The Great Indoors - Bad Experience I wanted to bring to your attention the bad experience that we are having with the New Jersey location of The Great Indoors (A Sears company) - details are provided below: Store: The Great Indoors Location: Woodbridge, New Jersey Our Kitchen cabinet installation project has become our nightmare as it is still not complete after 11+ months, plus we have been having warranty issues with the newly installed cabinets. For warranty also the manufacture keeps insisting that we deal with this store; our challenges are several: - We are dealing with a management from lower ranks all the way to the top, the Store General Manager, that does not understanding customer service - They don't communicate properly within their team --> always becomes a blaming game in which customer is blamed all the time - They have high turn-over in staff - all the project screw ups that they are doing - and that puts the customer at a disadvantage because you have to explain your issues again and again to new staff without achieving any results - Everyone of their personnel keeps making up their own rules - They hire subcontractors, like everyone else, and lucky us, the one we had to deal with was a one pain in the neck to work with.
