I had two bad experiences with this Taco Bell in the past 2 weeks. I will never patronize this business again.
The first occurrance I purchased 2 tacos & 1 nachos at the drivethru. When I got up to the window I handed the young black male worker a $20 bill. He told me he could not accept this for such a small order I either needed to buy more items or give him a smaller bill. I advised him that I did not have a smaller bill. He told me I had to buy more items. I advised him that in that case I wanted my $20 bill back and forget the order. Next thing I knew he threw change for my $20 thru my car window and while I was fetching the change he tossed the food bag into my car and said HAVE A NICE DAY.
When I got home (I live less than 1 mile away) I called the (248)642-5727 when I explained why I was calling there was laughter and then they hung up.
The second occurrence I again purchased items at the drivethru. I purchased 2 burritos and 1 nacho. While I was sitting at the window I witnessed the employees throwing sauce packets at each other. Most of them ended up on the floor. When they bagged up my order they put some of the sauce packets that had just been on the floor in my bag. As you are probably aware the nacho chips are not wrapped so the packets were directly on top of the chips they expected me to eat. I asked for a different chips and my request was denied. I threw all the food away as I could not trust that the remainder of the food was handled properly either.
I will NEVER patronize this TACO BELL again.
