On November 19th I uncovered my mistake after my checking account was emptied. I called Dell Financial and finally spoke to someone, broken English and its humorous how there service representatives have American names. Never the less I was told that it would be a few days before I would be assigned a case manager. A week later I was assigned a "Janet" at extension # 5773212 and she them told me it would be an additional two weeks before she could process this refund. Today was a month and this last week Janet has told me that it can be another 10 working days before the payment center can send a check. " Can I talk to them"? " No" "Can you expedite this return check with over night"? " No" "When can I get an answer on when I can expect my money back"? "I will call you in 48 hours to report the status." It has now been three day and I have heard nothing. I recently filed a complaint with the Better Business Berea and here. If anyone knows of an attorney that has successfully sued Dell and is experienced please let me know. R.
