Indane gas complaint

Sir,

I am Sameer. After long days of enquiry for new gas connection, I registered for new connection at Adyar gas agency (Indane) on 30th January, 2006. 2 days back, I received a letter from them to get connection. They noted amount as Rs 850+100 (single cylinder). I went there. They asked me to pay Rs 2200 including gas stove. I said I have gas stove, so I don't want stove. They say it is their rule to sell stove for new connection. I visit Indane website and found it was not compulsary to buy stove from distributor. Where do I register for this complaint.
