I have Earthlink DSL at home and I hate it. Every few months my connection drops and I have to call Earthlink. Every time I call their customer service number. I get someone in India that must of just learned to speak English the night before. I have to repeat my self several times during the phone call. After being disconnected 3 to 4 times every call. I finally called and attempted to cancel my service. They agreed to send me a new DSl modem, drop my contract price from $39.99 to $34.00 if I stay. It has been a week and I still have not received my new DSL modem.
