SBC Dsl internet

My name is Hai Nguyen I live at 411 lewis rd # 257 San Jose CA 95111.

I have complaint about SBC Dsl Internet.

I sign up for DSL internet 6 month ago and I did not receive my rebate so I call

Them too many time but every time when I call them, they said the check is

in the mail it take about 3 week ,after 3 week I have not receive my rebate so I call them

Back again they say the same thing “the check is in the mail “it keeps going like that .One of my friend has the same problem and He did not receive his rebate too. I think the SBC they are liar. They don’t want to pay the rebate, so I am writing to you I hope you can help me or you can stop The SBC cheating.
