Complaint against National lending corporation

It all started with the mail I received from Ms Barbara Liang about joining a company (National Lending corp.) who trains people to become loan officers. I went to their interview and joined the organization. I had a closing scheduled within the next week. Since I wasnt too confident with the loan documents I asked Connie Yu of National lending corp. to have a look at them and help me out in closing a loan. I also asked them to explain me this loan program and how does it work. They asked me to cancel my closing with the company I was scheduled to and process the loan with NLC so that they can give a better rate and commission to me. Like a stupid person I put my blind faith in them and ask them to do the loan for me and inspite of telling them several times to explain the loan program they didnt explain it to me. They also added a prepayment penalty worth 10,000 USD without my knowledge. When I received my invoice I realized that I was paying more money than rest of the people because of higher interest rates and MTA index increase. Since I cannot afford an attorney I cannot go after the organization and hold them responsible. I want them to refinance the mortgage with a fixed interest loan (i had 5.25% interest loan) and also take care of the closing costs and any prepayment penalty attached to it. I did send Qualified return requests to Countrywide and mortgage IT and NLC. Please help a common man to fight back with this predatory lenders.
