cic credit monitoring

Hi,

I wish to make a complaint against CIC Credit

Monitoring as they offerd a months free service as

which time I was not in receipt of confirmation of

their services, but instead a payment was taken from

the account leaving me to be charged a overdraft fee

as I had expected anything to be taken when they had

not further contacted me. I require refund of that

fee taken and the charge my bank has applied to my

account refunded immediately.

please advise.
