LOCAL ABC Channel

We are connected to Mediacom in Ottumwa IA, we can only receive ABC through a unfit station in Kirksville MO. They do not seem to know what they are doing, Sunday night, Febuary 12th, we were wanting to watch the programs but the station kept the screen flashing, color fading, sometimes picture completly gone. There is a good channel in Ames Iowa but it is blacked out locally. For the fee we pay we should be getting a decent picture.......
