Atrium Salon and Day Spa in Louisville, KY

I purchased the "queen for a day" package at Atrium,

a 5-6 hour package for $235. The massage was wonderful

(the atmosphere would have been better if they hadn't

put it in the basement....) and I really enjoyed the

facial, but was horribly dissapointed with the

manicure, pedicure, haircut and hair style. The

manicure and pedicure were very painful; the haircut

was about 2 inches shorter than I had asked for and

was not the style we had discussed (very basic,

straight around the head cut). The "hair style" part

of the package consisted of the stylist, Savannah,

using a straightening iron to hide the hideous

haircut. I tried to resolve the issue with the

management, but have hit a brick wall. I am currently

speaking with the BBB on the matter.
