My name is Jerry Guasp and I bought Whirpooll Gold GS6NBE REFRIGERATOR about 6 months ago. The ice maker keeps freezing constantly. So far stopped working 3 times because of the same issue. Is that a known problem with that model. I am regretting my purchase ever since.

my icemaker froze up as well. my gs6nbe is 13 months old. a friend that i work with says that if you point a hair dryer at the black rubber tube above the icemaker you can unfreeze the line and the icemaker will worek again. any comments or any other suggestions?
