DISH NETWORK - FALSE MARKETING OFFER

Dear Sir/Madam:

I received a phone call from Josh Robson on 02/06/06 about a marketing offer being run by Dish Network:

1. America top 120 channels for $19.99 for first three months and $29.99 afterwards.

2. Starz movie channels for free for three months

3. Free standard receiver for 3 rooms and remotes.

4. Free equipment insurance

5. South Asian News package (Headlines Today, Aaj Tak, Sahara Samay) for $9.99 per month

6. B4U Music channel for $2.99 per month

7. For agreeing with 18 months contract a free home theatre system with DVD Player, Amplifier, Woofer and Speakers will me sent to me.

For all the above items a charge of $49.99 will be made on credit card. This amount will show up as credit on first two billing cycles.

I agreed to take this promotion and was transferred to Neo Parker (ID 1N3) with Global Dish Network who verified each item listed above. He told me installation will be done on 02/10/06. He also provided me with telephone numbers 1-800-434-7451 and 1-800-333-3474 and a fax number 1-800-865-7760. Later on he called me at my cell phone and provided account number.

On 02/10/06 installers came to my house in evening and installed the system. They told me that their order doesn’t include installing additional dish needed for receiving South Asian channels. When I called Dish phone numbers on 02/11/06 morning I was told that terms of marketing package were wrong! There is no America top 120 channel package for $19.99 and it will cost me $99.99 for getting additional dish installed for receiving international package!!!!!
