FAULTY PAYMENT OF DHBVN ELECTRICITY BILL BY "EASY BILL" AND NO REMEDIAL ACTION AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS

Re: FAULTY PAYMENT OF DHBVN ELECTRICITY BILL BY "EASY BILL" AND NO REMEDIAL ACTION AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS Dear Sir, This is regarding my Electricity Bill payment of Dakshin Haryana Bizli Vitran Nigam [DHBVN] in favour of Acc no: [EE14-177-A], [Bill No-02744] amounting Rs.849/- for the month of August-September, 2005 which I made through the Easy Bill outlet "KS Super Market" in Faridabd on 01.10.2005. The payment receipt details are as follows: [Acc no: EE14-177-A; Bill No-02744] [Paid on 01.10.2005; Rs.849+5=854/- at KS Super Market; TID-SA0000000651; Batch No-927; Seq No-3378] This payment was not received by the DHBVN and shown as Arrear [and also penalty for late payment was imposed wrongly] in its subsequent bill. I made a complaint at Easy Bill [Complaint No-172 for DHBVN ON 06.12.05] and I was assured of quick action i.e. correction of bill. Since nothing was done even after several requests/assurance and my last date for next payment was about to expire, I had to pay the entire bill amount [inculding the arrear and the penalty]. Now logically this amount should be returned to me in my next bill BUT nothing was done. Again I complained to Easy Bill 30.01.06 and then on 31.01.06 followed by written request on 07.02.06 but no responce has been received till date.
