Exploding Blue Pyrex Pan

Hello,

Im a 21 year old student from Halifax N.S. Earlier this evening, I was cooking with a blue pyrex loaf pan at 350 for about 30 mins, and boom, it exploded. I got this pan when i came over here for university, and used it at the very most 5-10 times. On the website,(complaints.com) I read several other artilces about blue pyrex exploding. Shouldn't there be some sort of blue pyrex recall before someone loses an eye or worse?
