I have recently received my Credit report from Experian. On it there is a credit card that upon further investigation has been issued by Providian National Bank. I have no credit cards of any kind and noticed this immediately. I have tried to contact Providian but can not get access to the contact us service. As I live in the UK there is no reason for me to apply for a card with a company based in the US. Can you advise as to how I can contact them to find out more information about this. There is a balance on the card but I have received no statements or letters of any kind from them. This is rather worrying as if the card does not get paid it would then go against my credit profile. Any help in this matter would be gratefully recieved.
