After Surrendering the Postpaid connection 4months bill amount deducted through ECS -reg.,

Dear sir,

I have surrendered my Airtel Postpaid connection through the

letter and it was handedover to Bangalore office in the month of

October. Due to my official transfer I have surrendered the phone.

Previous I have opted the options of bill payment through ECS direct to

bank credit. Now, I surprise to see the account after surrendering the

4months also rent amounts has been deducted from my accounts. The same

has been I have informed to customer care airtel through mail after the

mail they have send a letter stating that amount will be reversed in

the month of January. Complaint no : 7098702. After the confirmation

of letter also, I am receiving the bill for the month of January. As on

date I have not received the reversal money.
