smith plumbing security colorado main street

week ending ll/30/06 smith plumbing sent out ken to give me a free estimate on a drain I needed installed in my shower after I had tiled the floor. Ken told us that the floor needed to be pulled up and for the studs and subfloor be the only thing showing so smith plumbing can guarantee no leaks. well this was all a lie. Smith plumbing tech lied every time he came out. I called the office and his supervisor didn't even seemed the least bit concerned about this matter.I've tried to get the owners number on several occasions but keep on getting sidetracked. So far the job has cost me 400.00 dollars and I am back to square one thanks to smith plumbing. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and hopefully this complaint will save others the same headaches and money I've lost. Not a company I will ever call or recommend to anyone ever.
