Hi Air France,


So at last I got a reply from Air France stating a very strange reason that

because I have put my camera in Luggage that's why even if it is missing (or stolen)

they will not pay any reimbursement.

I have done E-ticket and I don't know this kind of rules are present or not.

Note that when I was going from India to Mexico, your Check in counter person

told me to keep only one hand bag with me and rest check in. This was because of security issues.

She told me that I have to put either handy cam or Laptop.

So that why I have to check in that. The same rule I have to apply for coming back

from Mexico to india.

This reason is not accepted at all and I need reimbursement of my camera.


When I reported to Air France at Air port that my baggage is delay, I have given

him the Custom receipt and told him that I have handy cam inside it.

This was for custom clearance, I also told him that my handy cam bill is also

in handy cam bag so if customs ask for it, open and show that.

Then when you have courier it to my home, why you have not check it or

told me that Handy cam is not there ??

Why even after so many request no body has given a call or reply for 20 days ??

Why has no body entertain my calls ?? They just say its not his department.

Have you done proper police complain for it at Air ports ??


You have wrote that you hope that my subsequent journey will be pleasant with you.

Don't ever think that me or any body in my company or friend will ever travel with you.

If this kind of service you offer then obviously I have to fight a legal case with

you and make sure that every body knows what kind of poor services you are offering.

I will surely go to Consumer court in India, CNBC TV, mail groups and other channel if you

are not giving me any satisfactory reply with reimbursement.


I am really frustrated with the Air France and can only hope that now you

will start reimbursement process fast. If some thing is missing (or stolen) in your

organization after check in luggage you should take legal responsibility and

reimburse that amount. But in place by not giving reply to customer, you are making customer

more frustrated.

Hi customer service desk,


My self Vishal mathur residence of Mumbai, India.

On 11th I took a flight from Mexico to Paris (Flight AM 005 ,areo mexico

- 11th Nov.)

and then Paris to Mumbai (Flight AF 134 , air france, 12 Nov.).


There was not much time between both the flight so I came to India in

same flight

but Air france is slow and not able to put my luggage to flight AF 134.

It is really a bad service on your part.

Now when i talk to Air france they told yes they know luggage is not

there and will

come from next flight and will be deliver to my house in mumbai on 14th

Morning.


Now today from SHERMAN courier service my luggage has come but when i

opened it in front of

courier boy I found that My Sony handy cam was missing. So does that

mean that

some body has stolen my handy cam from air france ??


I have not accepted my bag and lock the bag and return that bag back to

courier boy.

Can you please find how can this be happen. Till date I was thinking

Flight are safe

and don't find need to lock luggage.


Can you please correct it and solve these point ASAP.

I am really in tense and frustrated with the worst services you have

offered me.


1. Find my sony handy cam and return that to me.

I already gave Immigration receipt to Air france so that they can

easily pass

that from customs.


2. Air france person has not asked me that I have insurance or not.

I have insurance from TATA AIG and i will get money from them as bag

is delayed.

But Air france employee has written on paper that I don't have insurance.

I don't know why will somebody do this ??


3. Return my luggage ASAP and will You give me any compensation or still

you will continue to frustrate me.

You should give compensation to customer in any case.

As it is really bad service and mis management on your part.

Will you ??


4. I have called the number you have given to me,the lady at customer

desk (shinu jain or some name)

has not even wrote my complain and told me to write mails to this id.

She said she don't want to listen to me as I was saying her to write a

mail to

you. She said its not her job and she is bound not to do that.

Nor she want to listen any thing about air france.

Can you tell her to be cooperative if some body comes with problems that

was generated by air france ??



I am writing CC to my admin department and office Executive so that they

can trace this better.

Preeti, I think we have to stop booking any Air france flight as we

never know if not only they are slow

but they can stolen things from over luggage.


Can you please call me ASAP so I know i am able to reach somebody.

my tissot Watch

Mobile phone

I pod Touch

and other valueable stuff


Air France is a disgrace.
