What is up with the no grace excessive late fees with this card. All reps that I talked to were very unsympathetic or understanding. My payment IN FULL was received one business day late due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. I was charged over 50% of my purchase in late fees. I immediately canceled my card which the representatives could have cared less about.
I have had a regular Sears account for over 30 years with never a problem but this did not matter to the customer reps I talked to.
I have since canceled both my accounts with Sears.
I would warn everyone about this policy of Sears. Wonder why companies outside of the US get so much business.
