Ordered a camera lens from Ritzcamera.com.

I tracked it on Fedex and saw it seemly didn't move from the Fedex location for 5 days.

I tried to explain this to the Indian customer support and each of the 4 times I called I was told that they would contact Fedex and get back to me. They never did.

Trying to get hold of anyone who represents this company is impossible.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.....THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY LIARS
