Lincoln Street Litchfield,Illinois My cable wire was torn down by an electical wire, I have no cable and I have reported it today Dec.5th 2006 they said it will be two days before they can get here to fix it. I pay $112.52 a month for didgital cable and I can't watch it. They told me that as soon as they got the wire down they would be here to fix it. Do i have to cancel my subscription to your company, or do I go with Direct TV or Dish Mzip code is 62056 my last four didgits of my ss# is 7067 amd my acct. # is 8757-11-004-0096708. I would really appericate this matter to be looked into I have never had any complaints about your services until now. Thank You Janet Conner
