I have planed to rent a car for a trip

I found in the web "rent4less" offer a good deal on the "new car" for $35 a day

So I reserved it then I sent my wife to pickup the car, after she arrived they said the car I want it not available and will alternated with a difference car (old model of car which had a lot of major dents around the body)

There was lack of My wife knowledge about car, in additional we was late for our trip

So she took their offer and signed the contract and deposit her credit card to them

After she took it home (less than 5 miles) I drove the car and I fell the car it was unsafe to drive, So I went back to them and let them know that I am not happy with the car they provided and would like to cancel contract,

They refused to refund or credit the charge amount that my wife deposit

They had processed the charged of 1 day for $35 plus

the fuel charge of $35,

Total $70 plus tax (total $79.54)

charged in my wife credit card with out her or myself authorization
