Cathryn Gersper told me that she would sell my house, and that if i wasn't satisfied, I could cancel my contract with her at any time. After several months, and only three viewings of my house, I decided that I wasn't satisfied with that lack of marketing, the infrequent viewings of my house, and I wanted to cancel my contract. (She had only one shotty picture of the outside of my house on the MLS.)

This wasn't satisfactory, and I asked if I could cancel, and she would not let me out of my contract. I contacted her broker, Ivan Inella with Remax, and he wouldn't do anything either.

I am currently locked into a contract until March 9th with someone who is not working to sell my house, and is just interested in having as many listings as she can.
