2003 Saturn Ion security failure

my Saturn is not so conveniently just past 3 years old and is having multiple problems. The blower motor for the fan in the cab of the vehicle recently just went out and had to be replaced.

Most importantly, I can't get the car to start half the time. The starter cuts out, the security light comes on, and the vehicle won't start, but only at night for some reason. I drove 2 hours to the Topeka Saturn Dealership to have it fixed and they can't seem to recreate this problem or due to the fact that for some unknown reason, it only happens at night. The dealership is ready to cut the vehicle loose . . . without fixing it.
