ordered 2 tomatoe plants $13.99....check cashed no product

many month ago we ordered two of the tomatoe plants and sent a check for $13.99...the check was cashed and we never recieved our order...

I recently sent a letter to the address where I sent our personal check and have not had a response...I also notice that I am not the only family who has been cheateed out of their hard eanred pay...Is this company a sham? Has the better business bureau been contacted? Has any legal action been filed? Please contact.
