During a tow, our car was dropped due to an improper placement of the tow,

the driver admitted his wrong doing at the time of the accident. Incident

report filed by employee and now the owner and business managers have

refused to give us their Insurance Info. Owner refusing to discuss having a

third party do the body work. He only wants his tow truck in-house body man

to do the work. I've made to Office Mgr/owner -over 45 calls to office to

discuss. Always in meetings-unwilling to provide insurance info or talk

about a compromise. Owner/office managers are unethical, unprofessional, and

generally slimey. Let's hope if you do use them you have a strong insurance

company.
