My purse was stolen with my drivers license, i went to have another one made and i was told i could not get a new license number until i had been a victim of fraud of someone using it. I can not believe this rule from our State, I think we should beable to protect ourselves from criminals before they ruin our credit or use my license for something criminal. I would like this to be addressed and changed.Sherri Williamson
