Cancelled a class in 2001, issued only credit, refused to give cash back, credit expires after 6 months even though similar class was offered much later than that, did leave credit in my account until 2006, BUT when I inquired about it, it mysteriously disappeared, refuse to put any of this in writing, will only discuss this on the phone.
