HSN won't let me return never-worn ring because it is beyond 30 days HSN (Home Shopping Network) Buyers beware!!!! I wish I would have read the complaints about this company before I ordered a ring from them. Once I received the ring I didn’t like it near as much as I did when I saw it on television. My husband and I agreed that this would be my Christmas present as I was ordering it in September. I never wore it and kept it in the box. Finally I decided that I will never find an occasion to wear it, as it looked too costume-like, and returned it, checking the box “exchange for credit” on the slip, as it was past the 30 days return date (90 days). I received an automated phone message saying they were shipping my package back to me as it was beyond the 30 days. I have contacted HSN Customer Service (there is no such thing as far as I am concerned) twice and each time someone new introduces themselves telling me they are “willing to work with me to resolve the issue” but then like robots, just keep repeating that they will not accept any returns after 30 days. I’m not trying to get my money back I’m just trying to get anything else in exchange for a ring that I will never wear. HSN has terrible customer service and does not care one bit about satisfying or keeping a customer. NEVER again will I order from them.
