I am trying one more attempt to have my problems resolved. I have spoken to at least three of your tech support personel. They have tried to assist but to no avail. At least twice I have been promised a telephone call back at a specified time to no avail. When I purchased your computer, I in good faith, assumed that I would get all of the features that were required for my needs. To my dismay, after explaining to your sales rep., what capabilities I needed and asked him to suit me up w/the necessary specs.
You were running specials that cost less money per even your most expensive advertised package. I opted to pay more and ordered per your sales rep. I paid more than your advertised Specials but I have received less in product.
To date: I have CD but cannot do anything w/it because, I do not have speakers to listen to a CD nor am I able to burn CD's as the drive that I must place the blank CD does not recognize that a blank CD has been placed in the drive.
When I placed my order, I asked for a 17 inch monitor, I received 15". I told your sales rep. that I was reentering school and that I needed to be able to do Power Point for presentations. I received, Power Point Viewer and no Power Point. I explained to him that I was not computer savvy and depended on his expertise to assist me w/my purchase.
Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer. Also, it would be helpful to be able to communicate with someone whom I can understand their English more clearly as this has been very frustrating.
At this point in time, because This has been going on for months, I would like to return your computer to you and purchase from a company that will be more attentive to the customer's concerns.
I hope that I will receive a response and not ignored as in the past as time is ticking away. Thank you for your attention to my plight.
