nokia tracfone model # 2126

I bought my tracfone on Dec 24th and it took me a while to punch in the numbers that they told me to punch in and it still didn't work and so I call the toll free number they had and talk to someone that I couldn't hardly understand and when I went to use my phone to call home then the reponse was that my call could not be process. So I took my phone out again and tried it in the grundy area and it gave me a message that I was not authorization to use the service. Tell me what should I do? I bought the phone at Wal Mart in Richlands at Claypool Hill. I put everything into the phone that I was instructed to do and Now I can't seem to even use my phone to call home. I used the five digit zip code for Richlands I was wondering if that would have anything to do with that. I was trying to call my home # area code 276-566-7584 and was told that my call couldn't not be process because the ten digit number wasn't right and that is my home phone number.The one I typed in above. If you could let me know what to do I would appreciate it very much. Thanks, Linda Lester.
