I purchased a $25.00 gift certificate on 12/2/06 at the location above.

The certificate was lost , prior to my giving it to my Daughter.

I called the above business and was told to come in. When I arrived at the business I was told there was no way for them to track the sale of the gift certificate to me. And there was nothing they could do.This business does not maintain accurate records , so that they can benefit from these type of situations. This can not be the first time this has happened, and they have done nothing to rectify the situation, in order to protect the consumer.
