broken ratchet

I returned a craftsmen ratchet to sears that no longer

worked.I was suprised when the associate handed me a

dirty rusty chipped up replacement.I told her it

looked used.She explained that they now take the old

returned ratchets and replace the insides.Thats what

you now get at sears, recycled replacements.This

ratchet looks used and abused.I will never buy another

ratchet at sears.
