HI, I am writing to you about American Lazer Centers. Both in New york city and Edina Minnesota. They sell you packages for hair removal, microdermabrasion and now Velasmooth. The service is in consistent at best. The quality is terrible, the results are little to no improvement. The staff is untrained, the equipment being used is not kept in working condition,the place is not sanitary for the services that are being given, and the Velasmooth burned and scarred my skin. I have not received any refunds or even a phone call. This place is a huge company that believes in one thing, FILL THEM AND BILL THEM! Sell packages and more packages and forget about the complaints. I wish I were as rich as American Laser Centers, then I could afford a lawyer and put them out of business! They are terrible!!!!!
