I purchased a new phone and plan for 44.00 that included 500 additional bonus mintes.

The 500 bonus minutes never worked and had to call in every month for adjustments.

I was lied to about when the bonus minutes would end and charged over 115.00 for a bill that

should have been 44.00. The managers and account representatives did not care and told me on Dec. 30, 2006 that they will not make any more adjustments. They are scammers, that are only out to scam money from consumers. Do not EVER choose SUNCOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
