RIPOFF ALERT. These guys have ZERO customer service and will only answer the phones to take your order/money. They sent me defective products after I spent extra to get it to me in 2 days for the holidays, then gave me a COMPLETE runaround when I needed to replace/return/refund. Call center in TX where products are located is only for orders. Corporate in NJ does not answer emails regarding issues EVER!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I had to PAY to ship these useless lights BACK to them after I couldn't get a straight answer from the people I could reach on the phone. I was out the 2 day shipping to get them to me and the shipping to return their junk lights despite being told I would receive a FULL Refund!
THESE are the types of crooks that make internet commerce scary for the general consumer. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT SOMEWHERE THAT RESPECTS YOUR BUSINESS!
