Vonage Phone in Holmdel, NJ is a total JOKE!!! We started dealing with these idiots in October and to this day, our phone number has still not been tranferred and we do not have any type of Voicemail! We have to call EVERYDAY only to speak to someone else who has no clue what is going on - real good "customer service!" - and when you demand to speak to "Management", they tell you they have to get some more info!! WHY???? They sure as heck don't know how to handle the issue anyways so why do they need more info!?!?!?!??! Two weeks ago, we spoke to "Joe Agent ID # 26114" who seemed to want to help but about the only helpful thing he did was finally get the mailing address changed. He basically told us what we wanted to hear and that he would get this resolved but has not happened. In short, we have demanded every penny back into the account of the money they took out, or there will be an attorney involved because I don't know of many people who would want to be paying 2 phone companies every month because the one is totally stupid and can not get the shop done to switch! Unless you don't mind getting a different story when you call and don't mind speaking to a customer service person who speaks or understands very little English, I would not do business with these idiots ever!!!!
