Telus attitude towards customers' appeal

To whom it may concern

I contacted Telus with regard to their equipment installed below ground level beside my driveway.The hole they dug for their installation was not secured to protect against water-erosion and the resultant erosion has collapsed the end of my driveway. They have refused to investigate the situation and dismissed my request as though I was a complete fool only wanting to waste their time and their money.
