Sealy mattress/Brians furniture Sir, Brians furniture in Thibodaux La. sales person, Ralph, sold us a Sealy mattress which we took dilvery of.A short time later it was obvious the mattress was defective. My wife tried several times to call Ralph , she left messages, Ralph would not Return calls so I took time off to go to the store. Ralph replaced two mattresses each being defective. Each time I had to go to the store to get results. We are now on our third mattress and low and behold this mattress is also defective. Agin I went to the Store and let Ralph know that I wanted to go in another direction and that he should have the mattress picked up and refund us our money. Ralph let me know in not so uncertain teams that he was not going to do that and it was up to Sealy. Due to the circumstances I feel like the store should make this good and deal with Sealy. Ralph told me Sealy would call me. I haven't heard from Sealy yet and to tell the truth don't expect to. Wehave had Sealy mattresses for over thirty years and currently have two Sealy mattresses that we love but these latest mattresses for some reason thay have lost the quality of the past. Maybe because of Katrina thay had such a demand that quality controll is not the same as in the past. We can not sleep on this third mattress it is actually harmfull to us. We are in the process of getting another mattress from another source. In the meantime we are out $1200.00. Consumers beware the furniture stors and the mattress companies can make things right if thay want to. Bob Payne Thibodeaux La. Robert L. (Bob) Payne President Payne Services, Inc.
