Network Problems for Orange Sim card

I am having your Orange Sim Card , No. 9820997699. We have so many guys in our industry having your orange card. The problem is that whenever we receive calls by the clients we have to get out from our office in order to listen and talk clearly with them. I cannot hear clearly by sitting in my office. Whatever the problems we are facing in this Goregaon Industry (Mumbai) for the orange mobile network is a serious one. By complaining repeateldy to your representatives, they ignores our complaint and told us that this is not our department of solve this problem. We are mainly appointed to sell the different schemes.

If you did'nt solve this network problems, then who will buy your cards in future. If you do not respond within 2-3 days we will change the sim card. We don't have any alternative. So you have to solve our problems. You do whatever for solving our problems. Otherwise I and my friends whoever having your sim card will change the card. Pls do the needful
