Name of product / service Vonage On 11/26/2006 I signed up for Vonage phone co. They had switch my phone over very fast. On the 27th I wasn't getting any calls, and when I tried to log on to Vonage to make the "rings" longer to be able to answer,I could not. I called them & I was given a new password that didn't work either. In the meantime, AT & T cut off my DSL, so in 3 days I had no phone, no computer & I had to buy a cell phone.On 12/1/ I called to cancel the service, they just kept me on the phone & didn't cancel. I called two more times, sent a letter to their office in New jersey. Wouldn't you know it, I received an e mail canceling my service on 12/28. That is 32 days after I signed up. That way they don't have to give me my money back. Vonage has a 30 day money back guarantee, but you have to fight for it. There is something wrong with this picture.
