HSBC Credit Card services -Malpractises I am totally dejected with HSBC Credit Card services . I had been complaining abd pursuing the complaint for a long time but no one seems to care about it .I am listing down the complaints I had. 1)Was not in reciept of my phone banking pin and atm pin. 2)Till date have not recieved any statements for my credit card. 3)Internet security device got delivered after 20 days of applying and then magically got disabled. 4)Requested for closure of account and it was treated with utmost contempt.No response for months. I am attaching the thread of conversation in case you need to verify the same .
I was not communicated of my bills and HSBC leived late payment charges on the same . I had no means of making the payment except for driving down to their bank. All my bills had late payment charges placed and the would be cancelled only when I complained of the same .(had to make 2-3 calls to confirm the same) Thanks and Regards Mohit Kumar Lohia IBM Global Services
